Terms of service
These are the terms on which Apna Projections ("we") provides Apna Connect dashboards to you. They are short on purpose.
What you get
A dashboard for your trade, set up with your company name, logo and admin login, on its own database, hosted and maintained by us for one year from activation. Small changes needed to fit your business are included in setup.
Renewal
The subscription is yearly. You will see a renewal reminder inside the dashboard before it ends. If you do not renew, the dashboard switches to view-only: you can still see and export your records but cannot add new entries. Renewing restores full use. Data is never deleted for non-renewal.
Payment
Each desk has a one-time setup fee and a yearly renewal, shown on its page on this site. Refund terms are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before anything is activated.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details private and create separate logins for staff where the desk supports it.
- Enter only data you have the right to store. You are responsible for your customers' information under Indian law.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the dashboard.
Uptime and support
We aim to keep dashboards available at all times but cannot promise zero downtime; hosting and internet issues happen. Support is on WhatsApp during business hours. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings caused by downtime, to the extent permitted by law.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may suspend a dashboard used for unlawful purposes. On request we will export your data and delete your database.
